Carrier Portal

The Carrier Portal gives external carriers a self-service interface to view assigned loads, track payments, and manage documents for brokered freight.

Carrier Dashboard

A personalized overview for carriers showing their active loads, payment summary, and recent activity.

How to use it

  1. Carriers log in with their portal credentials
  2. The dashboard displays active load count, pending payments, and recent deliveries
  3. Quick-action buttons link to loads and payment history

Loads

Carriers can view their assigned loads and update status as they progress through pickup, transit, and delivery.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Loads in the carrier portal
  2. View all assigned loads with current status
  3. Click a load to see full details including pickup/delivery instructions
  4. Update load status as milestones are reached (arrived, loaded, delivered)

Tip: Carriers only see loads assigned to their company. They cannot view other carriers' loads or any internal brokerage data.

Payments

Carriers can view their payment history, pending payments, and download remittance details.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Payments in the carrier portal
  2. View all payments with status (Pending, Processing, Paid)
  3. Click a payment to see load details and amount breakdown
  4. Download remittance advice as PDF

Documents

Carriers can upload required documents and access load-related paperwork.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Documents in the carrier portal
  2. Upload required documents (insurance certificates, W-9, etc.)
  3. View and download load documents (rate confirmations, BOLs)
  4. Track document expiration dates
