The Documents section provides a central repository for all paperwork — BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, insurance certificates, and more.
Document Repository
Browse, search, and manage all uploaded documents in one place.
How to use it
- Navigate to Documents → Repository
- Browse documents or filter by type, status, or associated load
- Click Upload to add a new document
- Click any document to view, verify, or download it
Uploading documents
- Click Upload
- Select the file (PDF, image, or other supported format)
- Choose the document type (BOL, POD, Rate Con, Insurance, etc.)
- Optionally link to a load
- Click Upload

Document Viewer
View documents in a built-in viewer with verification and annotation tools.
How to use it
- Click any document from the repository or load details page
- View the document in the built-in viewer
- Use Verify to mark the document as reviewed and correct
- Use Reject if the document has issues
- Click Download to save a copy locally

Load Documents
View and manage documents linked to a specific load.
How to use it
- Open any load's details page
- Scroll to the Documents section
- View linked documents (BOLs, PODs, rate cons)
- Upload new documents directly to the load
- Click View All to see the full document list for that load
Tip: Ensure PODs are uploaded and verified before invoicing. This speeds up payment collection and reduces disputes.
