Fleet & Equipment

The Fleet section manages your drivers, tractors, trailers, and maintenance records. Keep your fleet running efficiently with comprehensive tracking and alerts.

Fleet Dashboard

A high-level overview of your fleet's health, driver availability, and upcoming maintenance needs.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Fleet → Dashboard
  2. Review the summary cards showing active/inactive equipment counts
  3. Check the driver availability section
  4. Review upcoming maintenance and expiring inspections

  • Equipment status breakdown (Active, In Shop, Out of Service)

Drivers

Manage your driver roster with CDL tracking, emergency contacts, and performance history.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Fleet → Drivers
  2. Browse the driver list or search by name
  3. Click + New Driver to add a driver
  4. Click a driver to view full details including compliance info

Creating a driver

  1. Click + New Driver
  2. Enter personal information and CDL details
  3. Add emergency contact information
  4. Set driver status (Active, On Leave, Terminated)
  5. Link the driver to their assigned equipment

Equipment

Track tractors, trailers, and other equipment with full lifecycle management.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Fleet → Equipment
  2. Browse equipment or filter by type (Tractor, Trailer, Other)
  3. Click + New Equipment to add a unit
  4. Click any unit to view details including maintenance history

  • VIN, license plate, and registration tracking

Maintenance

Schedule and track maintenance work orders for your fleet.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Fleet → Maintenance
  2. View all maintenance records or filter by status/equipment
  3. Click + New Maintenance to create a work order
  4. Track progress from Scheduled through Completed

  • Maintenance types (Preventive, Repair, Inspection, Tire, DOT)
