The Reports section provides comprehensive analytics and dashboards to help you understand your business performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Executive Dashboard

A high-level overview of your company's key performance indicators.

What it shows

  • Total revenue and load count for the period
  • Revenue per mile and cost per mile
  • On-time delivery percentage
  • Active driver and equipment counts
  • Trend charts for revenue and load volume

Dispatch Summary

Detailed breakdown of dispatch activity including load counts, statuses, and turnaround times.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Reports → Dispatch Summary
  2. Select a date range
  3. View load volume, average transit time, and status breakdown

Revenue Per Mile

Analyze your revenue per mile across different lanes, customers, and time periods.

  • Revenue per loaded mile calculation
  • Breakdown by customer and lane
  • Trend analysis over time
  • Comparison against targets

Cost Per Mile

Track your operating costs per mile to understand profitability.

Customer Profitability

Analyze which customers are most profitable after accounting for all costs.

Report Builder

Create custom reports by selecting your own data fields, filters, and groupings.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Reports → Report Builder
  2. Select a data source (Loads, Invoices, Drivers, etc.)
  3. Choose columns to include
  4. Apply filters and groupings
  5. Click Run Report
  6. Save the report for future use

Saved Reports

Access and re-run previously saved custom reports.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to Reports → Saved Reports
  2. View your saved report configurations
  3. Click Run to execute a report with current data
  4. Edit or delete saved reports as needed
Tip: Schedule reports to run automatically and receive them via email using the saved report scheduling feature.
