The Shipper Portal gives your shipping customers a self-service interface to submit loads, track shipments, view invoices, and manage documents.

Shipper Dashboard

A personalized overview for shippers showing their active loads, recent activity, and key metrics.

How to use it

1. Shippers log in with their portal credentials
2. The dashboard displays active load count, in-transit shipments, and recent deliveries
3. Quick-action buttons provide shortcuts to create loads or view invoices

Loads

Shippers can submit new load requests and view the status of all their shipments.

How to use it

1. Navigate to Loads in the shipper portal
2. View all submitted loads with current status
3. Click Request Shipment to submit a new load
4. Fill in origin, destination, pickup/delivery dates, and commodity details
5. Submit the request — the dispatch team receives it immediately

Tracking

Shippers can track their in-transit shipments on a live map without needing access to the full TMS.

How to use it

1. Navigate to Tracking in the shipper portal
2. View all in-transit loads on the map
3. Click a load marker to see driver location, ETA, and status

Invoices

Shippers can view and download their invoices directly from the portal.

How to use it

1. Navigate to Invoices in the shipper portal
2. View all invoices with amounts and payment status
3. Click an invoice to see line-item details
4. Download invoices as PDF for record-keeping

Documents

Shippers can access proof of delivery, bills of lading, and other shipment documents.

How to use it

1. Navigate to Documents in the shipper portal

3. Download or preview documents (BOL, POD, rate confirmations)
